Here’s what you can expect if you decide to commission me:
If you live in the greater Nashville area, I can come to you or we can meet at a location of your choosing. We’ll have a talk about your work and I will make some “back-of-the-napkin” sketches so I can test my understanding and we can establish a foundation for future work.
Soon thereafter, depending on the scope of the job, I’ll send you some preliminary work for your consideration. You can tell me exactly what you like and don’t like about it, and that information will be used to refine the design further. We’ll continue with the evolution of the design until you’re perfectly happy.
Understanding that your time is of the utmost importance, I will strive to understand and meet your needs quickly.
I charge by the job, not by the hour. I want you to be fully satisfied and to not feel like you’re being penalized if you’re asking for lots of revisions. For most jobs, I will ask for an initial refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated cost of the job. You will be invoiced for payment in full only after you have expressed your complete satisfaction. I will accept cash, check, Paypal, or purchase order.
